 An overview of the two Balkan States

I have commented earlier on the infrastructure changes happening, and this was most apparent in the g architecture of Tirana. Large new office blocks and apartment blocks are appearing and under construction. This has blended well with retention of many of the older buildings that have been well built. Replacing most of the older communist style  apartment blocks 

Dumpster Diving

This is a real industry in Albania and Montenegro. As with Greece common large waste bins are provided for everyone's use. 

The waste bins are regularly foraged for plastic bottles and tin cans. Individuals with large bags collect their waste. Either plastic bottles or cans - not both.
